おやつレシピ

Steamed Persimmon Pudding

  • 2cups pulp(どろどろの果肉)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups brown suger
  • 1 1/4 cups flour(小麦粉)
  • 1tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups light cream
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

tsp=ティースプーン

Mix ingrediants in order given.Pour into well-greased pudding mold or can lightly sprinkle with suger.Mold or can should be no more than 2/3 full and should have tihgtly fitting lid.Steam in pressure cooker or on a trivet in a heavy coverd kettle filled with one inch of boiling water Steam 2 hours. Serve with cream

Zucchini Bread

  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup suger
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350F
peel off zucchini and grateF
A: MIx flour, cinnamon, b,soda and b.powder in a bowl
B: MIx eggs, suger, oil,vanilla and grated zucchini in other bowl and add mixtue A
Pore into mold and bake for 1 hour until inserted toothpick comes out clean
leave it on cooking net for 1 hour
